Evaluate the loss of a mitzvah as opposed to its reward, and the reward of a sin as opposed to its deficit. Consider three things and you will not be taken in by sin: Know what is above you – an Eye that observes, an Ear that listens carefully, and all your deeds are recorded in a book.
